Enter the Tepito district with a bit of caution as it's known to be a rougher area of town. However, many feel that the deals they get on knock-off goods and second-hand items make a trip to this part of town somewhat of an adventure. The area is basically a large street market with hundreds of vendors vying for the pesos in your pocket. Goods include such things as clothing and electronics. Be wary of pickpockets as you peruse the items though.
